We begin with either a phone call or in person meeting where we listen to your ideas & answer any questions you may have.

After our initial meeting, we have the required information to provide you with a proposal.

Once we have an approved proposal we move to an in-depth review of technical drawings and specifications, identifying any issues which might effect project goals.

Following our technical review we issue will a final set of shop drawings, custom colour samples and material finishes for approval. Once approved we will provide a fabrication date, along with an install date.

Our in-house systems allow for the required level of control and quality assurance our customers have come to expect from Millstone.

Our skilled installation team brings your project to life with attention to detail & accuracy.

Prior to any installations we ensure the work space is ready and protected. Respecting your space is paramount in our procedures.

Once the installation is complete, we preform our own quality assurance check prior to the project being turned over to enjoy!
